Plug in your LumbarProX and lie down on it so that it is aligned with the natural curve in your lower back. There are 5 buttons on the remote that control the heating element, the air traction, and the massage feature.

Is it safe to use the LumbarProX?

Yes, it is extremely safe to use the LumbarProX. Only those who have been affected by osteoporosis should not use the LumbarProX.

Individuals who have osteoporosis should not use the LumbarProX.

What is the weight limit for the LumbarProX?

The weight limit is 150kg or 330 pounds.

Can I use the LumbarProX on any surface?

Yes, the LumbarProX comes with a dual sided base so that it can be used on the couch, the floor, or the bed. The LumbarProX cannot be used in chairs however as you must be lying down. You can use the LumbarProX on any lying surface.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your LumbarProX, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
